  • Optional: ½ cup breadcrumbs & 1 egg for crumbed lamb cutlets

Instructions
 

  • Marinate: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Coat the lamb cutlets and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Prep the Cutlets: (For crumbed lamb cutlets) Dip cutlets in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Cook:
    Grilled Lamb Cutlets: Preheat the grill to medium-high. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
    Pan-Fried Lamb Cutlets: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook cutlets for 3 minutes per side.
    Oven-Baked Lamb Cutlets: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  • Rest & Serve: Let cutlets rest for 5 minutes before serving.
